'Works well on mobile' can mean several things: the homepage fits a phone, a remote game runs without layout defects or a transaction status remains clear when the network changes. These are distinct observations. A serious platform review establishes its test conditions before drawing conclusions.
Build a small test matrix
List operating-system and browser versions, viewport size, connection type and date. Record the time to reach an interactive page, whether key controls remain visible, whether scrolling causes accidental actions and whether game terms can be read. Repeat a task under comparable conditions. A single measurement on home Wi-Fi should not be generalised to every device or location in Australia.
Look at failure handling
Switching applications, receiving a call or losing signal can interrupt a visible game. The interface should reconnect or explain how to retrieve the round outcome.
