Madame Destiny herself acts as the wild symbol. According to Pragmatic Play's official game description, a winning combination containing that wild is multiplied by two. This is a specific line-win modifier, not a general multiplier that applies to every outcome on the screen.
Landing three or more crystal-ball scatters awards 15 free spins. During that round, all wins receive a three-times multiplier, and a win involving the Madame Destiny wild can combine the effects. Three further scatters can retrigger another 15 free spins; the developer does not specify a fixed limit on retriggers in its public game description.
The original game should not be conflated with Madame Destiny Megaways, a separate Pragmatic Play release from 2021 with a variable reel layout, a wheel-selected bonus multiplier and up to 200,704 ways to win. Comparing these two editions is more useful than applying the same feature summary to both.
